Planned Giving

Please consider bequeathing a gift of cash, securities or property to support the work of T'ruah in your will or living trust. When you draft or update your will or trust, include a clause that stipulates: “"I, [name], of [city, state ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to T'ruah [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose." If you prefer to specify what programs your gift will go to support, please contact us at 212-845-5201 or office@truah.org.

You can change your will or trust at any time and your gift will not be made until after your death.  Be sure to ask your attorney or financial planner about the estate tax deduction benefit your estate may be entitled to.
