Florida (Fort Myers to Lakeland)

T'ruah is proud to support the Coalition of Immokalee Workers on their two week March for Rights, Respect, and Fair Food. This two week journey across Florida, with workers joined by activists, faith leaders, community members, and other allies, will demonstrate to the Publix grocery chain leadership that it is time for them as a company to join the tremendous change happening the Florida tomato industry. T'ruah rabbis from Florida will be joining the CIW at various points along the March, and Director of North American Programs Rabbi Rachel Kahn-Troster will be in Florida marching on the 13th or 14th.
