Ms. Massamino is a world leader in issues related to torture and civil liberties around the world. She supervises a staff of 70 in New York and Washington, D.C. As an introduction to the lecture, there will also be a panel of three experts who will each make short comments on issues related to torture. Refreshments will be served.
